Shademan NO DARK CHIPS?

Is it possible at all to beat shademan the second time WITHOUT dark chips? I no that they don't affect you in this battle, but I'd still rather not use it. I've heard something about him turning into bats or something, but in my game he just fades. I guess thats the japanese version.

No, you can't beat him without using the DarkChip. Even GunSolDelEX won't work

(He turns into bats after being hit sometimes in other battles)

for shademan omega its possible but the only chips that can hurt him are gun del soul..you can split him with damage with 10 or more dont waste chips on it though it doesnt hurt him so use a charged buster shot then back chips like wide shot or anylong range wide chips.

If you split him, then 1 of the bats will be hitable.  Fire buster at bats until you get a "flash", then unleash a powerful chip on it.  Or just spam buster.

This way, you can stop him from being able to attack you
