It is to be released as an MMO, once finished.  There will be MMO demos released, once we have enough of the resources compiled for the online portion, but all recent demos have been offline only.

If would be illegal for us to charge you, as we are not Capcom.  In addition to the previous point, did you get asked for credit-card details at any point whilst signing up?

Well if by real MMO you mean commercial/made by Capcom then no. But yes it is an MMO, and it also has a story mode too.

Q: Can I download it?

You can download an engine test by going HERE and typing in Chaos Network, but it doesn't have any MMO gameplay yet.

Q: And is it a free mmo?

Yes it is free. It would be illegal for me to make
profit off of this project.

Q: Is signing up for this site free?

Well you're here, aren't you? Its impossible to pay for something without entering information.

Its not finished yet, but as I said there is an old demo.
