Apparently this program is built for having an "online link cable" between similar ROMs.  If anyone gets this to work successfully with Megaman Battle Network 3 without any errors, I will love.  You.  Forever.

It works over local networks, but not internet.  Use it with Hamatchi to connect over the internet.

No it works online too, me and Ironvirus already used it, but Himatchi would probably work better now that I think about it.

Himatchi is pretty good, I use it for my N64 games like SSB. I would imagine that the same thing would work for GBA as well.
